Cooking is a lot like writing. It’s telling a story of who you are, where you come from, and the lessons you’ve learned in life. Oceans & Earth is the restaurant I dreamed of opening in my hometown of Yorba Linda. Our philosophy is to recreate the classics of our past with a modern twist using the freshest and most sustainable foods and techniques of the future. We have set our sails to reintroduce the slow food movement to our community of fast food restaurants.
